I really want to love these, and may end up having them re-lasted if they do not sell. They are structurally sound and have a ton of life left in them. Originally these were Japanese market only, but I landed a pair of seconds that never showed any sign of why they were classified that way.
Red Wing 9853 is the Gold Russet Chukka made on their standard rounded toe last and fit much nicer that the ones available in the US. Size 11 Red wing is close to an 12 in US sneaker size, fit is just a bit wider than a true D.
If they ever make these in 11E I would be stockpiling them.
